These terms are a contract between you and Big Internet Seller Services Inc. (incorporation number BC1297027), operating as Bigcom.ai. By creating an account or connecting an Amazon account, you agree to them.
If you use Bigcom.ai for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Bigcom.ai is software for Amazon sellers and agencies. It shows store and advertising data, health and waste reports, and recommendations. On paid plans that include it, it can send approved changes to Amazon Ads, and it can run rules inside limits you set. It can also analyze listings and generate text and images when you spend AI credits.
Listing tools create files and text for you to upload. They do not publish A+ content to Amazon for you. We do not guarantee sales, rank, advertising efficiency, or approval of a listing by Amazon.
You must connect your own Seller Central account, Amazon Ads account, or an account you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the permissions you grant and for the users you invite.
You can disconnect a store at any time. Disconnecting stops new collection at once and schedules deletion of the data from that store. If you remove our access in Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console, the same happens. The timeline is in sections 5 and 5a of the privacy policy.
We may suspend access if you break these terms, if Amazon withdraws our access, or if we need to protect the service or other customers.
Prices, plan limits, and what each plan includes are on the pricing page. If this page and the pricing page differ, the pricing page controls the price and the limits.
A free trial lasts 7 days. No card is required to start it. During a trial we do not send changes to your Amazon account. When the trial ends, access stops until you choose a paid plan.
AI credits included with a plan reset each month and do not roll over. Credits you buy as a top-up do not expire. Credits pay for listing, image, and other generative work. They are not charged for dashboards, recommendations, approvals, or rules. When credits run out, generation stops until the next reset or a top-up.
Fees are in US dollars unless the pricing page says otherwise. Taxes may be added. You authorize us, or our payment provider, to charge the payment method on file for the plan you choose and for top-ups you buy. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. We do not refund a partial month unless the law requires it.
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You give us a licence to host, copy, and process it only to provide the service.
Amazon data remains subject to Amazon's rules. You will not ask us to use it in a way that breaks Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy or Data Protection Policy. You will not resell or export raw keyword data we obtain from a data provider whose terms forbid that.

We own Bigcom.ai, including the software, the site, and our trademarks. These terms do not give you ownership of the service. You may not copy or resell the software itself.
The service is provided as available. Advertising and sales data from Amazon can lag, and figures from different Amazon reports will not always match. We show the basis for a figure where the product says so.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost advertising spend, or indirect damages. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for Bigcom.ai in that period. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it.
You may close your account by emailing support@biginternetcommerce.com. We may end the contract if you do not pay, if you break these terms and do not fix the break within 14 days of notice, or if we discontinue the service with 30 days notice. Data handling on closure is in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply. The courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
