What is a token and how does it work?
A token is the unit that powers your AI analyses. Each product analysis consumes 1 token. If you want BigCom to immediately generate optimized AI images during the analysis, that costs an additional 1 token (+1 token). Tokens reset daily at 12am UTC — Free users get 3, Pro users get 5. If you skip image generation during analysis, you can trigger it later from the analysis report at any time.
Can I analyze someone else's product or just my own?
Both. In ASIN Analysis mode, you can enter any publicly listed Amazon ASIN — your own products, a competitor's listing, or a product you're researching. The Manual Upload mode is designed for products not yet on Amazon, where you provide the images and description directly.
What is the Connected Backend Audit and how is it different from the regular audit?
The standard Product Analysis (available on Free) runs a public audit — analyzing what Amazon's product page shows to customers. The Connected Backend Audit (Pro only) goes deeper: it connects to your live Seller Central account via SP-API and pulls real backend data — actual listing issues reported by Amazon, attribute completeness in your backend, eligibility restrictions, and category alignment. This is verified evidence, not inferences from the public page.
What kind of AI images does BigCom generate?
BigCom generates 7 images per product covering all major Amazon listing image slots: Hero Image, Infographic, How It Works, Dimensions, Packaging, Safety, and Lifestyle. Each image is generated based on a V2 Strategy Blueprint — a buyer persona and creative brief built specifically for your product. Every image passes through a QA check before being delivered. You can regenerate any image individually or the full set.
Do I need to connect my Amazon account to use BigCom?
No. The AI Zone (Product Analysis, Image Analysis, Content Optimization, Image Generation) works completely without an Amazon account connection — just enter an ASIN or upload your images. The Analytics Dashboard and Connected Backend Audit require an Amazon store connection via SP-API OAuth.
How do I connect my Amazon store?
Go to Settings → Online Stores → Add Account. The setup walks you through four steps: API Auth (OAuth authorization), Marketplaces (select which to track), Syncing (data starts flowing), and COGS (enter your cost of goods per ASIN). Most sellers complete the full setup in under 10 minutes.
What analytics data does the Pro plan give me?
The Pro Analytics Dashboard gives you real-time business metrics directly from Amazon: Sales Dashboard (revenue, profit, margin, CVR, Buy Box %, ACOS), product-level performance tables, inventory status with at-risk restock alerts, FBA shipment tracking, purchase order management, customer LTV analysis, and a full PPC suite with AI Insights, Wasted Spend detection, and an Automation Log.
Can I use BigCom for products I sell in Canada or other marketplaces?
Yes. When connecting your Amazon store, you select which marketplaces to track. Amazon.com and Amazon Canada (North America) are fully supported. Additional marketplace support is on the roadmap.
What happens to my analysis history?
Every analysis you run is saved permanently to your Analysis History. You can search by ASIN or product title, view the full scored report, see the AI-generated images, and track your score over time. Your history never expires.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We connect to Amazon via official OAuth — your credentials are never stored. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your product data is never shared with third parties.
